We know what’s coming….EVERYONE! All at once. It happens every year and while it’s exciting to see everyone’s renewed commitment to their health, we have a few things to share & ask so it’s a positive experience for all of us.
First off, we’ve modified the evening schedule of the FRONT GYM ONLY. Starting MONDAY JANUARY 9th, classes in that room will shift by half an hour to 6pm/7pm/8pm. This should alleviate parking & front reception transition headaches. This will affect Boxing all week & CrossFit Lite (Tues/Thurs). All CrossFit wods will remain on the same schedule as current. You can pick up a paper copy of the schedule, or see it online.
Second, you likely have noticed we moved the rig in the front room to make more floor space for classes. There will be some traffic patterns you’ll need to get used to so you aren’t cutting through a class in action. Please take time to notice which direction you need to use if you’re heading to the back gym. Coaches and front desk staff can help. We are also renovating our front reception throughout January so please bear with us! 🙂
Thirdly, we ask for your patience & courtesy: with other members, coaches, and new people coming in. Yes, its busy. Have a realistic expectation of your workouts. Please don’t double up on classes in January back to back. Get in, get a great workout, and be awesome! Be a good mentor, help first, smile & shake it off if someone accidentally grabs your pull-up bar or wall bar target. Remember these great reasons: “WHERE YOU TRAIN”
And lastly, please TAKE YOUR CLOTHES AND WATER BOTTLES HOME! We could open a store with the left-overs. 🙂
