Saturday, May 3rd | 8:30AM – 11:30AM

It's time to lace up, gear up, and level up—because the CARDIO SUPERMEET is here this spring to push your engine to the limit! This in-house challenge is all about testing your grit and endurance across three cardio beasts:

In a 45 minute window, athletes will complete:

🏃‍♂️ 1-Mile Run
🚴 Max Calories on the Assault Bike in 1 Minute
🚣‍♀️ Max Meters Rowed in 15 Minutes

Unlike our winter SUPERMEET, this one will run in heats every 30 minutes throughout the morning, with members rotating through each station in a group format. Think of it like a class, but with a twist—coaches will guide you, hype you, and help you hit your best numbers. And guaranteed Coach Jordo will bring the best beats!

💥 Grab a friend or training partner and sign up for a heat time. Whether you're a CrossFit athlete, boxer, lifter, or teen—all members are welcome to join in the fun.
