FITNESS BOXING BOOTCAMP. Tuesdays 6:30pm

KETTLEBELL SPECIALTY PROGRAM. Tuesdays 7:30pm
- Develop strength endurance, explosive hips and grip strength
- Ages 16+ welcome
- Tuesday 7:30pm. 6 weeks

STRENGTH PROGRAM. Thursdays 6:30pm + Sundays 11am
- Develop pure strength. Focus on deadlift, squat, press.
- Ages 16+ welcome
- Participants come with a knowledge of the fundamentals of certain Olympic lifts
- Thursdays 6:30pm+ Sundays 11am (2x week)
