Take your training to the next level with a specialty program.  Whether you are looking for specific skill development, or a longer term strength / endurance emphasis, our coaches have you covered!   Membership not required.

FITNESS BOXING BOOTCAMP. Tuesdays 6:30pm

  • Strength, Conditioning & Cardio!
  • Ages 14+ welcome
  • Tuesday 6:30pm. 6 weeks
  • November 7th - December 12th
  • $159 + HST
RESERVE YOUR SPOT - BOXING BOOTCAMP

KETTLEBELL SPECIALTY PROGRAM. Tuesdays 7:30pm

  • Develop strength endurance, explosive hips and grip strength
  • Ages 16+ welcome
  • Tuesday 7:30pm. 6 weeks
  • November 7th - December 12th
  • $159 + HST
RESERVE YOUR SPOT -KETTLEBELL PROGRAM

STRENGTH PROGRAM. Thursdays 6:30pm + Sundays 11am

  • Develop pure strength.  Focus on deadlift, squat, press.
  • Ages 16+ welcome
  • Participants come with a knowledge of the fundamentals of certain Olympic lifts
  • Thursdays 6:30pm+ Sundays 11am (2x  week)
  • Nov 9 to Dec 17
  • $175 + HST.
