Take your training to the next level with a specialty program.  Whether you are looking for specific skill development, or a longer term strength / endurance emphasis, our coaches have you covered!   Memberships not required.

FITNESS BOXING BOOTCAMP

  • Strength, Conditioning & Cardio!
  • Ages 14+ welcome
  • Tuesday 7:30pm. 6 weeks
  • April 16 - May 21, 2024
  • $159 + HST

RESERVE YOUR SPOT - BOXING BOOTCAMP

'COUCH TO 5KM': RUNNING SPECIALTY PROGRAM

  • Develop  your stamina and technique, transforming you from a novice to a comfortable runner. Suitable for beginners and returning to run people.
  • Ages 16+ welcome
  • Wednesdays 6pm + Sundays 8am
  • 6 weeks, twice a week.
  • May 15th - June 23rd
  • $175 + HST

RESERVE YOUR SPOT -RUNNING PROGRAM

STRENGTH BUILDING PROGRAM

  • Develop pure strength.  Focus on deadlift, squat, press.
  • Ages 16+ welcome
  • Participants come with a knowledge of the fundamentals of certain Olympic lifts
  • Wednesdays 7:30pm+ Sundays 11am (2x  week)
  • May 15th to June 23
  • $240 + HST
