Perfect for athletes who want structure, accountability, and education without over-complication.

Includes:

  • 3 check-ins / weigh-ins over the 8 weeks

  • 15–20 minute nutrition chats at each check-in to discuss habits, fuelling, and realistic improvements

  • Private Facebook support group with:

    • Weekly educational content

    • Polls & discussions

    • Simple recipes

    • Nutrition articles & podcast recommendations

  • Bi-weekly live check-ins on Sundays to review progress, troubleshoot challenges, and stay connected

This tier is about building awareness, momentum, and confidence around better fuelling — without feeling alone.


Tier 2 — Add More "Coaching"

$249 / person | 8 weeks

For athletes who want deeper support, personalized feedback, and hands-on coaching.

Includes everything in Tier 1, plus:

  • Bi-weekly weigh-ins

  • 15–20 minute sit-down coaching sessions at each check-in

  • Food analysis and individualized coaching to identify gaps, patterns, and easy upgrades specific to you

This tier is ideal if you want clarity, personalization, and a coach helping you translate nutrition knowledge into real-world action.
