At FirePower, we don’t just train kids — we develop leaders, teammates, and confident young humans. Our Youth Fitness & Development programs are built to challenge, support, and inspire kids from grades 6–12 through safe, structured, and fun training.

What We Offer
Junior Varsity (Grades 6–8)
Designed for pre-teens to build body awareness, movement patterns, and foundational strength. We focus on coordination, confidence, and age-appropriate functional training — all while keeping it fun.
Varsity (Grades 9–12)
High school athletes and teens train with intention here. We incorporate strength and conditioning, mobility, and performance skills — all under the guidance of expert coaches. Whether they’re prepping for a sport or learning to train for life, they’ll leave stronger inside and out.
