Winter Teen Weightlifting Series: Building Strength the Right Way
We’re excited to introduce our 6-Week Teen Weightlifting Specialty Program, designed specifically for students in Grades 6–12 who want to build strength, improve athletic performance, and gain confidence in the gym.
This program focuses on teaching teenagers how to strength train safely, effectively, and with intention. Rather than rushing movements or lifting heavy for the sake of it, athletes will learn slow, controlled lifting techniques that prioritize proper form, long-term development, and movement quality.
What to Expect
Each session is carefully structured to help teens develop a strong foundation in strength training. Under the guidance of our elite specialty trainers, participants will work through:
Controlled barbell and dumbbell strength movements
Accessory exercises that support balanced muscle development
Mobility work to improve range of motion and movement efficiency
Progressions that match each athlete’s experience and ability
Whether your teen is brand new to weightlifting or already involved in competitive sports, this program is designed to meet them where they are and help them progress safely.
Why Strength Training for Teens?
When taught correctly, strength training is one of the most effective tools for improving athletic performance and overall physical health in teenagers. This program is built to support:

Group sizes are intentionally limited to allow for focused coaching and individual attention.
Program Schedule
Dates: January 21 – February 25
Day: Wednesdays
Time: 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM
Please note that group size is limited, and due to the structured nature of the program, there are no makeups or refunds for missed sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be permitted up until the week before January 21 to allow accommodation for clients on the waitlist.
All cancellation requests must be submitted by January 15.
