This 6 week strength & conditioning program is for budding young female athletes in grades 6 to 8. Lead by certified and experienced female coaches, focus will be on building core and upper body strength, leg stability, cardio power/endurance, and mobility/stretching.

Nutrition guidance and mindset will also be covered.

Female athletes grades 6 to 8
All sports welcome.
Thursdays, 6:30pm
6 weeks: November 13 to December 18
Cost: $120
