Introducing FP's Newest Intern Coach!

Team FirePower is pleased to officially welcome Tonya Link as the newest Intern Coach to our staff.

‍

Tonya has been a member at FirePower for over 8 years, working on her craft as an athlete and perfecting her lifting and gymnastics technique.  She has spent the last year pursuing her coaching certifications with the CrossFit Level 1 and the CrossFit Kids Trainers Course. Over the next 6-12 months, Tonya will be working closely with George, Annie, and the rest of the FP coaching team to develop her expertise and coaching-eye.

Congrats Tonya! We are excited to have you represent our world-class coaching team!

At the same time, we will be saying a sad-face farewell to Coach Nicole as she and her family relocate to the USA in the next week or 2. Nicky, we are so grateful for your time with us, your Aussie influence and your support of the RCFP members in their athletic and personal development. Please take a moment to give Nicole a sweaty hug and a high five before she leaves.
