Meaning to make fitness a priority again? Not sure where to start? Whether you’re brand new to the gym or a "restarter" looking to get back into a routine, it’s easy to feel a bit stuck.
Our Fresh Start program is a 4-week, small-group intensive designed to help you build a solid foundation of strength and cardio. It’s all about consistent movement in a supportive environment where you won’t feel lost in the crowd.
What’s Included:
8 Kickstart Workouts: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 PM.
Expert Coaching: Small group setting to ensure you’re moving safely and effectively.
Nutrition & Habits: A nutrition plan, high-protein recipe guide, and more
Progress Tracking: Pre- and post-program body composition scans to see your hard work on paper with an emphasis on body fat loss.
Bonus "Homework": At-home workouts to keep the momentum going between sessions.
Optional Add-On: Saturday fitness boxing classes (4 weeks, $50 upgrade)

Investment: $199 + HST
Commitment: Open to everyone (ages 15+). No membership required to join!

A Quick Note: Because spots are limited, this program is non-refundable and non-transferable once we kick off. We aren't able to offer credits for missed sessions, so make sure those Tuesday/Thursday nights are clear!
