FITNESS BOXING BOOTCAMP. Tuesdays 6:30pm
Strength, Conditioning & Cardio!
Ages 14+ welcome

KETTLEBELL SPECIALTY PROGRAM. Tuesdays 7:30pm
Develop strength endurance, explosive hips and grip strength
Ages 16+ welcome
Tuesday 7:30pm. 6 weeks
November 7th - December 12th

RESERVE YOUR SPOT -KETTLEBELL PROGRAM
STRENGTH PROGRAM. Thursdays 6:30pm + Sundays 11am
Develop pure strength. Focus on deadlift, squat, press.
Ages 16+ welcome
Participants come with a knowledge of the fundamentals of certain Olympic lifts
Thursdays 6:30pm+ Sundays 11am (2x week)
