FITNESS BOXING BOOTCAMP
Strength, Conditioning & Cardio!
Ages 14+ welcome
Tuesday 7:30pm. 6 weeks

'COUCH TO 5KM': RUNNING SPECIALTY PROGRAM
Develop your stamina and technique, transforming you from a novice to a comfortable runner. Suitable for beginners and returning to run people.
Ages 16+ welcome
Wednesdays 6pm + Sundays 8am
6 weeks, twice a week.
May 15th - June 23rd
$175 + HST

STRENGTH BUILDING PROGRAM
Develop pure strength. Focus on deadlift, squat, press.
Ages 16+ welcome
Participants come with a knowledge of the fundamentals of certain Olympic lifts
Wednesdays 7:30pm+ Sundays 11am (2x week)
May 15th to June 23
$240 + HST
