4th Nominated FirePower Intramural Open Captain is Tara "Pineapple" Llewellyn. Tara is another longtime RCFP Member along with her entire family. She is a member of the Saturday 8am "Comp-team " with her crew of Girls. She has recently taken her CrossFit fashion to a new level by making her own muscle shirts.
