At FirePower , we’re known for elite strength and conditioning—and now we’re bringing that same high-level coaching to the next generation. Our 4-Week Learn to Weightlift for Teens program is designed for youth aged 13–17 who want to train smart, lift safely, and build a rock-solid foundation in weightlifting.
Whether your teen is brand new to the gym or already crushing it in their sport, this program will level up their movement, strength, and performance.
💥 What They’ll Learn:
Proper form and technique for squats, deadlifts, presses, and more with both dumbbells and barbells
Injury prevention strategies and mobility work
How to train with purpose and intensity—safely
Progress tracking and goal setting
Safe, age-appropriate programming
Boosted confidence in and out of the gym
Program Details: July 7 - 30, 2026
Days: Tuesdays & Thursdays
Time: 10:30 AM to 11:45 AM
Cost: $199 + HST
